"I really appreciated how they kept me..."
I really appreciated how they kept me informed throughout the delivery process. I got a message when the flowers were on the way and another once they had arrived, which was great because I wasn’t left wondering all day. Everything showed up on time, no problems at all. Overall, it was a easy and reliable experience

"Mom was so happy"
So... I ordered flowers from fromyouflowers.com for my mom, and she absolutely loved them. She sent me a picture right away, and they looked really fresh and close to what I picked out online. They also showed up on the day I requested, which was a big relief. I’d definitely use them again...

"Arrived right on time"

I ordered flowers from FromYouFlowers.com for my sister, and since I’d never used them before, I was fully prepared for the usual little online-order surprise. You know, the fun kind where the picture says “beautiful bouquet” and reality says “gas station flowers, but make it expensive.”

But apparently miracles do happen, because the arrangement showed up looking just like the photo. Same colors, same size, and the card message was actually correct too. No random typos, no missing words, no accidental emotional damage.

The delivery details matched what I requested, nothing got mixed up, and my sister loved them. So yeah, how inconveniently impressive. I’m happy with the whole thing and would definitely order from them again.

"Customer service was quicker than I expected"
I had a small issue with my flower order and didn’t expect it to get sorted out in time. I reached out to customer service and they got back to me faster than I thought they would, which was a huge relief. The person I spoke with was friendly and actually helpful, not just sending some generic response. They took care of it without turning it into a whole hassle. Really appreciated how easy they made it, and I’d definitely order again

"Nice flowers, but the late delivery was frustrating"
The flowers looked nice when they finally arrived, but the local florist delivered them late. I was already feeling mentally drained that day, so having to sit around and wait just added to the frustration. Overall, the flowers were okay, but the timing could’ve been much better...

"Flowers lasted longer than I expected"
I was impressed with how fresh the flowers were. For something I just wanted on the table for the week, they held up really well and still looked good after a full week. If you’re after flowers that last more than just a couple days, these were a solid pick for me.

"Easy to order, but the site was annoying"
Ordering online was easy, and checkout was simple enough, but the site kept feeling a little slow. Like, it worked fine, but it was slow, then it lagged again, and I had to keep waiting for pages to load. Checkout itself was super easy though.

"Pretty much like the photo"
The flowers were really pretty, and yeah, mostly looked like the picture. Maybe a little smaller than I expected, and not quite as full, but still nice. The colors were lovely though, and my mom was happy with them, so that’s what mattered. I’d probably order again, just with slightly more realistic expectations

"My flowers showed up a day late..."
My flowers showed up a day late, and a few of the roses were already looking droopy, which was disappointing. I sent customer support a couple of photos just to see what they could do.

They got back to me that same afternoon and offered either a refund or a replacement. I went with the replacement, and it arrived the next day looking much fresher and way closer to what I expected.

It wasn’t a perfect experience because the first order definitely missed the mark, but they handled it fairly and didn’t make it a hassle. A friend had actually recommended them to me, and I’d probably use them again too, just with a little extra time built in

"Honestly, I was so happy when I saw them"
I kind of ordered these on a whim and wow, I’m really glad I did. The flowers looked super in person, even better than I expected. They were fresh, the colors were really close to the photo, and nothing showed up crushed or sad-looking. I got them for my mom and she kept going on about how nice they looked on her table. Definitely happy with how it turned out.

“My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.”

Don't do it, do not order from this company. you are taking a risk in hopes your flowers arrive.. likely they won't nor will you be contacted.

“That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.”

“Ordered flowers on the 14th to be delivered on the 15th. They changed delivery date on me to the 16th and then the 17th, numerous excuses and empty promises, still no flowers! Cancelled my order. Next stop BBB!”

I'm reading a lot of bad reviews, makes me nervous. i hope my mom gets the flowers i ordered. i paid more than i expected for 4 hour delivery. can i be reassured that this company will follow through? i will be happy if she just gets flowers i ordered delivered today, before she leaves work.

“No. I do not believe this company will follow through. They cancelled my order because of the delivery date not working, and now, the same bouquet option is no longer available on their website. And a lot of the other reviews state they are quick to cancel your order, and do not delivery on the promised date, causing many individuals to request a refund altogether. I'd go elsewhere.”
